After looking all over the country, I found the very hard to find Lazy Daze model and floor plan that we were looking for. After calling Chris and explaining my situation (retiring in a couple weeks), he agreed to hold the RV with a nonrefundable deposit.

I was a bit apprehensive but his daughter Cali sent me numerous videos and Chris patiently answered all my questions and set my mind at ease. Chris reassured me that he had checked out everything and it only needed new tires to make the 2500 mile journey home.

I made the decision and excitedly purchased one way airfare from Louisville to Grants Pass with a buddy to pick up the RV. Cali was super friendly and helpful in picking us up from the airport.

Derek patiently went over everything and answered all my questions. They even let us borrow their shore power and sleep on the property till am.

Finally, Chris even entrusted me with the lot key to leave early the next morning. Superb people and trustworthy business.

Great Place - Honest with Integrity

Let me start by saying I would highly recommend Jim Clark's Consignment Country in a heartbeat with no reservations. Over the past 25 years, we have sold three RV's through Jim's Consignment. Jim always quoted us a fair price, staged our RVs to look nice and homey and sold them quickly at asking price or very close to asking price. We also bought a very nice RV from Jim sometime during this period. Just this month (May 2019), we decided to sell our last and final RV. We called Jim and learned that Chris, his son, had taken over the business. We knew right away after talking with Chris that we wanted him to sell our RV. Since we now live in Florida and didn't want to drive with the RV all the way to Oregon, Chris recommended an RV transport company that he has worked with in the past. Our RV was picked up on a Friday, arrived safe and sound in Grants Pass, Oregon on the following Friday and was sold a week later at full asking price. We were amazed. Chris did an outstanding job communicating with us through the whole process. We couldn't be happier with Chris and his staff. His dad would be so proud of how he is carrying on his legacy.

We have purchased two 5th wheels from Jim and Chris Clark. The level of service is above reproach. Both Jim and Chris work their hardest to get you a fair and honest deal. They take in very nice units and have no problem selling them. Recently we bought a 2015 Wildcat from them and left our 2005 Everest there on consignment. Not only did we get a good deal on the new one, we also got a very fair price after they sold our Everest. This was the best RV buying experience we have had. No pressure, friendly, and experienced. Even after we purchased an RV from them,we had a couple of issues and when we called them up about it they didn't blow us off...they had us call a mechanic to fix it and they paid for it. All family business and they are great.

I just have to write to tell what a pleasant experience it was purchasing a trailer from Jim Clark, and Chris at Consignment Country. We went in to look at a trailer and another trailer had just come in........it looked new and was just the right size........we looked at it and discussed our needs with Jim and the attributes of the trailer and the price. The next day we looked at several other lots and decided the best trailer for the price was at Consignment Country so we went back and bought it. Jim, Chris were excellent, no pressure to work with, they were informative and made the process easy. Jim Clark is a kind and amazing man who picked up our Class C Motorhome on Satudary evening, promised to do his best to sell it including getting a complete check up of the motor and detailing of the interior and exterior. Recently purchased 5th wheel from Jim. My wife and I had been looking for sometime to find a unit that was right for us. I had seen the add on this web site and decided to make the trip from the Redding area. Upon arrival we met Jim and he showed us the unit and then basically left us to look it over. He would check in with us from time to time but no pressure. I can't say enough about how I appreciated that. For me to make a large purchase I need time to really look things over. Once we decided to make the purchase Jim completed the paperwork and we put a small deposit to save the unit. We returned about a week later to pick up the unit. Upon are arrival and doing the final paperwork Jim introduced us to Jeremy who went over with great detail everything about the operation of the unit. My wife and I were unbelievably impressed with this young man. He was so knowledgeable and willing to give his time to help us. All the guys helped us to get the RV attached to our pickup. We were told once we agreed to the purchase that the unit would be checked out by a RV tech prior to us taking delivery. This was done as promised. We just returned home from a month long trip and am happy to say after more than 2500 miles we had no issues. If your looking for an RV give these guys a call or go by. They know their stuff.

Jim and his son Chris sold me a beautiful Monaco Class A RV yesterday. What a pleasant experience. We came from the Portland area to see the motorhome and I was quickly impressed with the Jim and Chris, their facility and of course, the Monaco. The walk-through, test drive and actual purchase could not have been better. I was particularly impressed with the time Chris spent with me making sure all the systems worked properly and bringing me up to speed on operating the RV. Amazing, Just Amazing!

We bought a new 5th wheel trailer and the dealership wanted to give us $8,000 less than what it was worth so I looked around for a place to sell my trailer on consignment. Two dealerships told me that they would not take it because they had no room and it is the wrong season (December 1st). When I called Jim Clark he said that he had room for one more trailer. A few days later I pulled into the lot and was met my Jim and Chris. Jim was upfront saying that this was not the best season for 5th wheel sales but they would accept it and give it a go. A few days later I returned and could not believe my eyes. My 5th wheel trailer looked brand new. They cleaned the entire trailer inside and out. They painted all the external parts such as the landing gear, stabilizers, step, pin box and they staged the interior to make it look really homelike. I was almost sorry that we decided to sell it because it looked so good. Well, off we went to visit relatives in Arizona and California. Then just a few days later I got a call from Jim telling me that we had an offer on the trailer. We accepted the offer and the trailer was sold in just 13 days. Wow, 13 days from dropping off my trailer to being sold. The overall experience was great. Jim, Chris, and Jeremy were very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond what I expected or what any other consignment place said they would do. And they sold it in 13 days! I didn't have to do a thing except deposit my check! When we decided to sell our motor home, my husband called several consignment shops. As soon as he talked to Chris, he knew that we would take the RV to him. When we got to the lot, we were greeted by Jeremy. He was extremely personable and said he would look over the RV to see if anything needed repairing. Then we met Chris. I purchased a 5th wheel from Jim Clarks Consignment a month ago and wanted to tell you of the experience. When I entered the place of business Jim met me and simply said --"go look and if you have any questions-just ask me" NO pressure--shopping at my pace and looking at my pace--a very nice change from high pressure salesman. We found one we liked and saw the price--made a counter offer which was accepted --that was it. He took the keystone montana we had bought to Caveman RV and they checked it out. After getting it home I found a couple things that were broken and called Jim up about them. Now keep in mind we bought this as an AS IS sale. But Jim's integrity is such that he simply said--"This is the second problem you have found--take it to Central Point RV and have them fix it and then have them send me the bill." Send HIM the bill--almost unheard of in todays hi-pressure sales world. Overall buying this 5th wheel from Jim was probably the nicest sales experience in over 20 years. Pick the right dealer to sell your RV

In May of this year (2013) I placed my 2008 Jayco travel trailer on a Southern Oregon RV lot on consignment. After 3 months, I hadn't received an offer. I discovered (too late) that they had priced it for more than I had paid for it new. I guess that made it easier to sell the RVs that they owned. In addition, they lost the keys. All in all, it was a really poor experience. In August I moved my trailer to Jim Clark's RV Sales in Grants Pass. It sold in 3 weeks. I can't say enough about how professional they were.
